SHIPPING POLICY RELIANCE OUTDOORS

Domestic Shipping

Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rate & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Unexpected delivery delays may occasionally occur.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to the United States (except Hawaii & Alaska) and Canada, including APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order is ready for shipment containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages/Shipping Delays

If your order is not delivered or arrives damaged please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-800-665-0258. We request that you save all packaging materials and damaged goods. It is advised to take photographs of any package or product damage.

 

International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship outside of the contiguous United States or Canada.
